Excellent customer service!!! I had been told by another company my computer had been hacked, and that it would cost hundreds to fix, I was extremely upset. Instead of having that company fix my lap top, I thought of Smart System’s, a locally owned store. Thank goodness!!! To my relief, Joseph (techie, whom was absolutely amazing) told me right away my lap top had not been hacked!!! Cost for updates, fixing button issues, ect….. peace of mind… Fraction. I could have been taken to the cleaners, saved!!!!! By Smart Systems, and their awesome crew!!!
