  • Pricing at $49.00/year (Includes 1 remote service call of 30 minutes)

Mid Level (download PDF)

For small businesses from 1 to 3 machines that would benefit from a monitored system and have peace of mind that their backup is monitored daily and system patches are up to date.

This package includes:

  • Remote Monitoring with Professional Monitoring License (Same as Essential License but includes self-healing
    capabilities for common problems)
  • Managed Endpoint Protection (Anti-Virus, Anti-Malware) Included at no extra cost.
  • Managed Backup – We will monitor your daily backups. (Qualified backup solution required to monitor backups)
  • Ticketing Portal Access – Access to ticket creation, progress, status and completion notes
  • Discounts – 15% discount on all services (Business discount carry over for employees)
  • Pricing at $99.00/month for up to 3 PC’s (Includes 1 hour of service per month)

For businesses from 1 to 100 users and/or PC’s that require
complete IT management.

This package includes:

  • Remote Monitoring with Professional Monitoring License
  • Managed Endpoint Protection (Anti-Virus, Anti-Malware) Included at no extra cost.
  • Managed Backup – We will monitor your daily backups. (Qualified backup solution required to monitor backups)
  • Managed Patched Management – Ensuring and monitoring critical updates and application patches
  • Managed Asset Reporting – Up-to-date asset valuations come tax time
  • Detailed Reporting – Reports on problems, root causes and corrective actions
  • Overall Management of IT, communications, and upgrade path scenarios
  • Scheduled service windows and planned maintenance to minimize downtime that inhibits productivity
  • Discounts – 25% discount on all services (Business discount carry over for employees)
